Locavores rejoice! Thanks to the Forti family of Hibbing, MN, you can add authentic Italian cuisine to your list of local favorites. The Forti family’s Sunrise Deli makes three kinds of fresh frozen ravioli—all with flavorful fillings surrounded by tender pasta. Try Provolone & Mozzarella with Porcini Mushrooms, Butternut Squash with Nutmeg, Cinnamon & Sage, or Three Cheese with Provolone, Muenster & Pecorino Romano.

It’s local, made with organic ingredients, and delicious—bread from Solomon’s Bakery in beautiful Northeast Minneapolis. The co-op’s staff is crazy about their raisin bread, which is flavored with just the right hint of anise. The seven-grain is hearty without being heavy; we also carry their moist and flavorful rye and pumpernickel loaves.

We’re proud to offer another great locally-made product from a company committed to using high quality 100% organic materials. Their neck and back warmers and eye pillows are filled with Minnesota-grown certified organic golden flaxseed, and covered in soft, beautiful US-grown certified organic cotton. Freeze or microwave them for a heating or cooling treatment.

Made from recycled clothing, new children’s offerings include a bright and boisterous hoodie sweatshirt, sleep sacks and thermals to keep your little ones toasty this winter, everyday dresses, pants and shirts, and hats.

Happy Sacks – Made by a mom for moms Happy Sacks are fabric snack, sandwich and lunch bags. They are machine washable (dish or laundry) and won’t dry out your PB&J.
