At a recent staff sampling, they were proclaimed to be “just like the real thing.”

It’s local, made with organic ingredients, and delicious—bread from Solomon’s Bakery in beautiful Northeast Minneapolis. The co-op’s staff is crazy about their raisin bread, which is flavored with just the right hint of anise. The seven-grain is hearty without being heavy; we also carry their moist and flavorful rye and pumpernickel loaves.
