In “Tupi-Gurarani,” a South American indigenous language, Ikove means “growing,” or “to keep alive.” Wellness manager Lauren Bartel is very excited by Ikove’s commitment to Fair Trade products, rain forest preservation, and high quality ingredients like mate leaf, palmarosa essential oil, cuacu butter, buriti oil, acerola and acai.

Ikove’s products are certified by ECOCERT, an organic certification organization founded in France in 1991.

Besides the locally-made Kangaroo Korner polarfleece pouches and the hard-to-find ergonomically designed Ergo carriers, we recently began carrying the Moby Wrap, available in all-cotton or 100% organic cotton.

They are created by people from the Winona Occupational Rehabilitation Center, a sheltered workshop for people with disabilities. Minnesota Mittens are made from wool and cotton fabric scraps that remain after sweaters are cut. We have many sizes and colors available for $10.99 per pair.
