The Wellness Department is excited to bring in the Peaceful Mountain Rescue line. The topical products utilize certified organic and/or wild-crafted herbs traditionally used for pain relief and healing. Arnica, white willow, rosemary, witch hazel, comfrey, and turmeric combine with aloe in a number of different non-greasy gels for use on muscles, joints and tendons.

Their Hot Flash Spray uses black cohosh, mexican wild yam, chaste tree berries, sage, and soothing lavender to make a spray based on centuries of herbal hormonal balance treatments.

Very nourishing! This great hand cream absorbs quickly and does a great job of re-hydrating winter hands. The company is based in Brazil and uses locally sourced ingredients with really great names (murumuru, jaborandi, & babacu). Plus, Ikove’s mission is to create opportunities in the Amazonian region, and they’re Fair Trade Certified.

Weleda Sea Buckthorn Creamy Body Wash
It’s hard to pick one Weleda product as a favorite, but I think the new Sea Buckthorn line is great.

I take one tablet a day to keep colds away! If I feel like I might be coming down with something, I boost it up to three tablets three times a day.
