We’ve invited Brian of Ames Farm Honey to kick off the Eat Local America Challenge on August 15. Brian’s single-source honeys provide a “floral portrait” of Minnesota since each is unique to a specific local wildflower. He’ll be bringing his “bee window” too, allowing us a rare look inside a working honeybee colony.
