Since 1985, Lynn Gordon has been baking healthful organic breads in Minneapolis and now offers her baked goods to the world.
Madwoman Foods
Our co-op has an ever-expanding selection of food for special dietary needs, and Minneapolis’s Madwoman Food provides us with a great selection of ready-to-eat baked goods (sold at the deli) and frozen pizzas.
Pastureland
PastureLand is a small cooperative of family operated, organic grass-based dairy farms located in southeastern Minnesota; we’re proud to offer their award-winning butter and cheese.
Pastures A Plenty
The VanDerPohls raise all-natural pork and poultry on their family’s farm in Kerkhoven, MN.
Poplar Hill Dairy
This Scandia goat farm produces award-winning soft goat cheeses and goat milk.
Rock Spring Farm
Chris and Kim Blanchard’s Spring Grove farm offers CSA shares as well as fresh local produce for our store.
Rustica
Quite simply, Rustica’s artisan breads are the best in town (“City Pages Best Bread 2007”). And if you can’t make it over to their bakery, you can pick up a loaf of their divine olive bread or a baguette at Linden Hills Co-op.
