Gardens of Eagan and Cedar Summit Farms

Kick off this year’s August Eat Local America challenge by visiting two of our favorite farms on Saturday, August 1. The tour costs just $25, which includes transportation from two convenient pick-up locations, lunch, and possibly some fresh-from-the-field sweet corn or ice cream from grass-fed dairy cows. Only 55 spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Linden Hills Co-op’s board of directors is composed of up to nine members of the cooperative who are elected by the members at large to ensure the financial and philosophical success of our community business.

We are currently looking for Linden Hills Co-op member-owners who are interested in serving on the co-op’s board of directors! Applications are due no later than July 15, 2009—and we would very much like interested people to join us at an upcoming board meeting on July 15.
